The Royal Palm Plaza Hotel Resort is the official venue of the Conference and will be offering specially reduced rates for participants. In order to benefit from the special rates, please make your reservation until September 10.
The reservation must be done through our Official Travel Agency Caprioli Turismo that has the rooms blocked for the Conference and Reservations will be confirmed on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis.
Caprioli Turismo is the Official Travel Agency for the Conference and will take care of : Hotel Reservation, transfer from the Airport to Campinas city , pre and post conference tours and tours during the conference for participants and accompanying person programs and all touristic information about Brazil you may need.

Important Information on how to make a reservation
1º - Send the HOTEL RESERVATION FORM to Caprioli Turismo by email iocv2010@caprioliturismo.tur.br
or fax +55 (19) 3743-3081
2º - You need to send a credit card number and information to guarantee your reservation and your no show but no charge will be done in advance.
4º- Full payment of Hotel rates and extras expenses will done directly at the hotel
5º You will receive a HOTEL VOUCHER that will have the Hotel and the payment confirmation …and these confirmation you may present at the hotel front desk on you check in
Arriving in Brazil – Send us information about your arrival so we can assist you with all information on how to get to Campinas and to the Hotel
Pre and Post Tours – If you need any information about tours in Brazil please inform us in the Hotel reservation form
